Returns & Exchanges

At Raas, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
